the interview a week ago has had a tremendous amount of negative feedback
and this is where he said he doesn't believe in an extensive well thought out business plan he thinks fast to act in respond is a better way of running a business
this is absolute fucking Insanity I have no other way to say it and I might get flagged for using profanity but there is not a single business that executes at a high level that shoots at the hip and guesses their way through daily weekly monthly yearly growth plans
so this should be a huge red flag for people additionally and you can verify this by the way he's catching a lot of crap where people are coming to the realization there's nothing that he is doing or he is talked about that's going to corner the market in real estate
he's all talk we're going to be the Amazon but he doesn't say how because he doesn't have a business plan because he doesn't believe in a well thought out business plan his words
talk is bullshit action is what's needed and when you say you're going to capture 10% of every new listing do you think Zillow is just going to bend over and give you them do you think realtor.com is just going to bend over and give you them and the answer is no furthermore he's catching a lot of negative feedback from people that have gone online entered in their property for a cash offer and they're still lowballing the piss out of people and people are posting what the offers are and they're saying I was going to go with open because I'm a shareholder but I went with another company and I got 100,000 more
so there's a lot of bullshit that comes out of his mouth and not a lot of execution and there's many people that are calling him out on x and the chickens coming home to roost is really what it's coming down to
