  • Trytosaveabit : Yup yup good stuff and thanks for sharing! But also remember about 6 weeks back they also have signed a Non-Binding Letter of Intent contemplating a potential business combination transaction with Ocuvex.!

  • Cochise49 OP Trytosaveabit : I saw that in the filings, they further stated in the filings that it is just an LOI, a "Non-binding" loi and it was in April mire than 6 weeks ago....Regardless, if you read in the filings, thry are really non committed or just not excited about moving further with it....This deal with LabCorp is going for the next 13 years....Thanks for sharing

  • Trytosaveabit Cochise49 OP : Yes thats what I wrote. NB LOI. Im not sure who “not excited” they are? it was they who went after the other company. But i wasn’t arguing that it will happen. was only saying how its kinda bullish how they are trying to increase shareholder value. GL
