Ok you know the trading under 1.00 rule correct? Well they also have to be in compliance with a rule that says how may shares are in the hands of investors! And another rule that says how much those shares are worth in total!

It looks like it’s trading just as most SPAC business combinations do! I don’t / can’t say short term that it’s going up? At least for now! But it’s a computing/AI type! So this in itself says that the right deal they may do? Or some type of AI partnership would IMO make it really get a PI! Me i believe I would average down if I could afford to do so! NFA JMO GL
