October FTD data delay

I think that recent changes to reporting have caused a more accurate reporting of FTD's. I think that the powers that be are shitting themselves and don't want us to know how fucked up everything really is and have had to launch an investigation into naked short selling across the market and have tied this data into an ongoing investigation.

This would give them a legal standing for not releasing the data as it would interfere with the investigation.
