$OCBC Bank(O39.SG$. Great Eastern Gets SG$1.4 Billion Takeover Offer From Oversea-Chinese Banking Was hoping they will divest Great Eastern Insurance and give us GE shares or special dividend but end up they acquire the remaining 12% of GE stock. Amazing move though.. As insurance is a cash cow..
