It's not fraud; there were cases where contracts and business plans promised to investors couldn't be realized, and we're currently in the stage of investigating the accountability for that. Moreover, the investigation began last October and is already public knowledge, so it’s already priced into the stock. This is nothing new. It’s understandable to worry, but this kind of situation is quite common in the U.S. More importantly, NuScale Power has received multiple rounds of financial support and assistance programs from the U.S. government (mainly the Department of Energy, DOE). However, the support isn’t limited to direct cash payouts—it includes cost-sharing agreements, loan guarantee applications, technical assistance, grants, joint development support, and more. There’s no way a company like that will fail. I’ll buy if it gets cheaper! 👍
