NOT SOON ENOUGH!
$Heart Test Laboratories(HSCS.US$ Ok so we are down to just a little over a year until all brokers have to comply with new SEC rule about reporting short sales! I know its a ways off but the rule should really cut down on naked short selling? As for me when the new rule passed i was hoping that it would have had to be complied/enforced within 6 months or less! Grrrrr! But im hopeful it will make a difference? And at least some of the manipulation/cheating will stop? Hehehe![]()
