Hyperion DeFi Adds $5 Million in HYPE to its Treasury Holdings

LAGUNA HILLS, Calif., July 14, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hyperion DeFi, Inc. (NASDAQ: HYPD) ("Hyperion DeFi" or the "Company"), a pioneer in ophthalmic technologies and the first publicly-listed U.S. company to build a strategic treasury of HYPE, the native token of the Hyperliquid protocol, today announced that it has acquired an additional 120,726 HYPE tokens, expanding its total holdings to 1,427,178 HYPE purchased at an average price of $35.38 per token.

This marks the Company's third allocation into HYPE, with the additional holdings expected to be deployed for revenue-generating opportunities on both HyperCore and HyperEVM.
