Netjoy Announced RMB1.6 billion of Revenue for 1H23, with E-commerceGMV Increasing Over 5 Times YoY and Profitability Steadily Improved

Thrilled to announce our unaudited financial results for the first half-year of 2023. In 1H23, we continued to achieve a steady and healthy growth, and our profitability has been significantly recovered from last year. Our semi-annual gross billing increased 6.6% year-on-year to RMB3.84 billion, and revenue reached RMB1.62 billion with a slight growth. In terms of the profitability, in 1H23 our gross profit margin was up by 5.1 percentage points from the full-year level of 2022 to 6.0%, with a gross profit of RMB97.0 million. Also, we created RMB31.5 million of net profit with net profit margin up by 7.3 percentage points compared with the annual level of last year. Notably, our new business stream, E-commerce Services, showed robust growth momentum, creating RMB570.9 million of effective GMV in 1H23, up by 528.7% year-on-year.
