1) it is in a upside channel. Although there have been two breaks, the general trend is still in the channel yet.
2) According to the fib extension, a retracement followed by a return to the uptrend, 61.8% is a potential resistance level.
3) A sustained breakout is still needed in conjunction with more technical indicators as well as broader market sentiment.
