$National Storage REIT(NSR.AU)$ it's great with the rental increases being every 6 months but for now long will that hold? customers will forfeit this prospect and find it disheartening between it all. they don't see the same between housing and storage as a rental/more complex than what it is. don't see the growth being experiential to what is needed. hopefully they don't over due their loans and debt ratio.
