My mom was my role model❤️
I remember Mom gave me my first piggy bank when I was in Primary One. That was the time I started getting pocket money ![]()
. She urged me to save my coins and deposit into the piggy bank because saving is a virtue![]()
.
Now that I’m a mom myself, I also pass down this simple saving act to my children. Dad left us when we were still so young, so Mom had to single handedly bring us 3 children up all by herself. “Always save for a rainy day” was her pet phrase. That was how she managed to get through during those tumultuous times!
