My FDA post maybe wrong? Grrr
$Checkpoint Therapeutics(CKPT.US$ Yes CKPT got a CRL 12/18/23 for the place drug is manufactured. And partner with $Fortress Biotech(FBIO.US$ . My post came from FDA calendar as late as 1/2/24? They both have several drugs in pipeline! i try as hard as i can to post only factual information! I see no info that FBIO got any recent response from FDA? And thats why i posted. That and i seen still on calendar! So now i cant find positive information and need to delete prior post and say im sorry if i misled! It was not and never is my intention!

TrytosaveabitOP Jaguar8: Yeah maybe their fault. But I searched and searched last night and I wasn’t able to confirm 100% that it wasn’t for the same as the CKPT CRL? And FBIO I can’t find definitive information for what drug/indication? Grrr! So I felt obligated to delete and say to all that I’m truly sorry! But thank you for understanding!

Jaguar8 : I believe the supposed Jan 3 FDA meeting was done Dec 18 already. No update yet from company regarding improvement from its deficit in the skin drug.

I was up all night and I just can’t say positively that the FDA calendar is a mistake and that it’s possible this could be related to the CRL that CKPT got on 12/18/23? Last thing I want to do is post inaccurate information and I try as hard as I can not too. So I just apologized, deleted original post and posted new one to explain my actions. Because now I’m not sure? Grrrrrr
