1. Enhance Security with a Full Blocking Feature:
Introduce a robust blocking feature, similar to social networking sites like Facebook to provide users with the ability to block someone completely, making the interaction reciprocal.

Once a user is blocked, their activities are entirely hidden from the blocker, both in private messages and group chats.
Lately, several users have experienced harassment from others, creating an intimidating atmosphere. Despite the existence of a block button, the issue arises when clicking 'blocked' results in the blocked user remaining visible to you, accompanied by a notification stating, "This comment has been blocked." Unfortunately, this informs the blocked user of your action.
Moreover, in group chats, if you block someone, you can still see their messages, which raises the question: Life is too brief; if you encounter any toxic behavior, simply block. Why doesn't this block function operate similarly to other social media comprehensive blocking feature?
You designed this app for users to register, trade, and ultimately generate revenue through transactions. Shouldn't you also prioritize the safety and well-being of the community?
2. Introduce an "Unfriend" Button:
Allow users to unfriend others in the spirit of maintaining a positive and respectful community.

Is the absence of an unfriend button implying an everlasting friendship? Do we have to maintain connections even with toxic friends?
In reality, friends don't require much in life. Discovering one or two genuine ones is sufficient.
3. Engage More Singaporean Moomoo Staff:
Consider increasing the presence of Singaporean customer service representatives for better local engagement. Ensure that staff are fluent in English and equipped to handle queries without relying heavily on script reading.
Every time I contacted Moomoo and interacted with customer service, they informed me that they are based in China. During our conversations, it often feels like they are reading from an English script, with the questions I pose being responded to in a scripted manner. To attain a clearer explanation, I find myself having to switch to Chinese when communicating with them.
4. Service Recovery for Customer Satisfaction:
Recognize the importance of service recovery for customer retention and satisfaction.
In instances where significant issues arise due to Moomoo customer service, it is crucial to offer Service Recovery to customers. This is paramount for maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. I shouldn't have to spell out the importance of taking corrective actions, right? Right.
5. Valentine Date with Adult Baby Cow:
Create opportunities for users to interact with the beloved Adult Baby Cow during classes, events, and roadshows.

Fulfill users' wishes to sit beside the iconic figure for a more enjoyable and memorable experience.
6. More Physical Classes:
Respond to user demand by offering more physical classes.
I appreciate the effort Moomoo puts into continuously improving the platform.
