FANCY PANTS : If you've watched MULN long enough then you'd understand these PR pumps are meaningless in the grand scheme of things.
Q2 ended on March 30th and Q3 ends June 30th.
Any sales that might come from this new California voucher won't affect Earnings until mid-August
MULN is already on the brink of running out of cash, their loan terms are terrible and they will likely be bankrupt before we see any impact from these sales.
It's also important to remember there are a lot of other vehicles eligible for the voucher and it has a $168M limit that is first-come-first-serve. Despite the recent announcement of them partnering with Prichard, they won't be established in time to make use of the voucher before the funds are gobbled up. A lot of the current eligible vehicles are also better quality than Mullen- there is no incentive to purchase their product.
