Shit, I was considering placing a sell order at a price somewhere above current, so that I could break away for awhile without missing out on a guaranteed chance to take profits, but I didn't want to miss out on what could easily become an uphill snowball situation. in the end I placed it a bit more conservatively, but still higher up then the ask, to give me time to think about it.... nope, it picked up my sell order before I knew what had hit me... Basically, I accidentally stop-gained myself out of my position... effectively self-neutered myself, bc it was my last day trade for the next few days..
So, now I gotta figure out how I'm gonna salvage this situation by turning that fumble into positive yardage... Best option play for a penny stock over $1.00, anyone...? 11-25 dollar current price range, but that would have typically been 40-60% higher, if not for an undeserved, and sudden drop in the price of the underlying... I'll put the rest back into a fresh position, here at Micro, if it dips briefly...
Any suggestions on how best to turn this goof-up into a blessing in disguise....? hopefully into my best move, all week.... Also, I'm curious what some of you are thinking about for the coming week...
