MEITUAN-W Repurchases 5.7306M Shrs, Involving $400M
$MEITUAN-W(03690.HK$ disclosed in a statement that on 18 January, it repurchased 5.7306 million shares on the Stock Exchange at a price of $68.4-$71.35 per share, involving a total amount of about $400 million.
Since the ordinary resolution was passed, a total of 38.3841 million shares have been repurchased, representing 0.6149% of the company's share capital.
