MEITUAN-W Buys back 3.9982M Shrs for $400M

$MEITUAN-W(03690.HK)$ disclosed in its statement that it repurchased 3.9982 million shares of the company on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at $99.3-102.3 per share, involving a total of about $400 million.

So far, a total of 56.1751 million shares have been repurchased, accounting for 0.8999% of the company's share capital.
