MEITUAN Buys back 4.018M Shrs for $399M

$MEITUAN-W(03690.HK)$ disclosed in its statement that it repurchased 4.018 million shares of the company on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at $97.75-101.3 per share on 16 April, involving a total amount of about $399 million.

So far, a total of 75.7571 million shares have been repurchased, representing 1.2136% of the company's share capital.
