102319027 73079365: bears can only win if the company makes mistakes. given the qualifications of the management at Baba, I doubt they are incompetent. they are using the market sentiments to drive down the price so it will be cheaper to delist. there is no need to cancel the ipo for the cloud unit if the problem lies with US. the cost incurred so far is significant. the ipo can be put on hold.
