Mapletree undervalued
Much value dividend REITS, giving a 6+% divident per annum.
PE ratio is 22, still slightly expensive, but it's still below its intrinsic value.
Although its past and health are unhealthy and its future is uncertain, interest rate cuts are definitely going to help this REITS increase in price.
