Deep SeaOP Momozig: Parkway life reit has 20 times the EPS and the share price is still expensive to buy and hold for long term investment. To justify for higher PE, the revenue must be growing on a yearly basis. For REITS, they are matured business with none or little growth. I would advise not to buy this stock.
