dxy firm

rates firm

equities uncertain

vix elevated

silver is high beta and way smaller in market cap than gold. it's partially money and partially industrial. so until we see a softened dollar and rolling rates we won't see that giant beta expansion we know and love

prices are contracting and we are holding key levels but until those macro headwinds are gone we are fighting to go upstream. take a break, stop checking your portfolio and just check the macros for structure
