$LQR House(LQR.US$ 50% dividend for up to 1$ per share. how do they know the percentage? what if the pps was 7$, half of that isn’t 1 buck. Are they hinting to a dilution that will bring the pps to up to 2$?

Boon_Is_Real : No where in the press release does it say “for up to 1 dollar” they only mention of that is in reference to the previous proposal for a 1 dollar dividend. I just reread their K-8 filing. As of February 12 every shareholder of record will be issued a 50% stock dividend, meaning if you own 2 shares you be issued 1 share as a dividend in lieu of a cash dividend. No dollar value caveat was attached to the language.
