$Lotus Technology(LOT.US)$ climbed 15% Wednesday, and became a top trending stock on Reddits r/wallstreetbets forum. The Chinese EV battery maker made its trading debut on the Nasdaq with a listing that went live Feb. 23. The stock has since nearly doubled in value to $18/share, before returning below IPO price of $8.50/share. The firm was founded in 2021, and is headquartered in Shanghai, China.
