standalee31OP Piscarian: from what I've gathered, the guy behind it literally has been accused of fraud with investor funds, and under the terms of the pending agreement on a $9 a share is just ridiculous, they tried releasing it earlier in the day and was removed earlier as well, and a guy bought $275k worth of calls for $3, which in my opinion is last ditch effort with this scheme
