if you're looking at this company to enter it's not a day trade it is not a week trade this is a 2026 and beyond trade
you will need a real estate cycle or at the bare minimum you will need signs that the market is getting better so for example Pulte comes out at the end of this month if they provide positive guidance they would be the first home builder compared to the group that is saying things are looking better that will lift this entire sector it will lift the builders it will lift the finance companies.
right now this is selling off because we got a broader Market that's rolling over because of a tweet from Trump that we're probably going to knock the shit out of Iran if they don't resolve their problems directly very quickly to his satisfaction.
so you want to take advantage of weakness in the marketplace you cannot be scared and you want to buy companies that you believe are going to have a run as a result of a shift in economic policy monetary policy in this case it's lower interest rates. so you want to buy on weakness you don't want to be buying when they're up 30 40 cents in a day you want to buy on weakness
