BullishBias : below $25, $6b offering + massive share dilution
they will be extremely aggressive with the ATM sales
they held down the price and sold off every rally around $9 - $10 , it was a nightmare.
they will only sell faster + more with this added massive mNAV premium
it will be held down for a week or two in my opinion

next week is the meeting but overall i think the market sold off in the $40’s as the risk/reward and time left before they implement it didn’t leave room to go higher
essentially, market was risk-off on $SBET last week, presumably until the offering is concluded and they establish a general pace of ATM share selling.
