$Paramount Global-B(PARA.US$ will experience a shareholder backlash and potential litigation if they don’t negotiate a deal with Apollo-Sony ($26 billion offer) or Allen Media Group ($30 billion offer).
Other than a buyout, there is no near-term path to PARA (current at $13) being over $20 per share. Apollo is offering over $20 while AMG is offering over $25 per share.
Shari Redstone is being petulant again. If she can’t get the Skydance deal she wants—paying her a HUGE premium for her voting shares while screwing over common shareholders—then no one gets a deal.
