just went to Moomoo head office
i just spoken in person to them.
they mentioned the heads are disccusing the isssue but they assuured me they wont pass the buck to us cos they know it is a mistake at their end. i told them we did not do short sell and he agreed too
but he dont know what is the final resolution
and they hope to give us news through email or through the app by today
