They are pausing production but currently seeking financial assistance. Although this might seem like a red flag, would’nt you think they’d want to push this thing as high as possible to futher obtain funding through shareholders? Definitely not financial advice just curious to see where this is headed

73677513 : The real purpose behind pausing is the differentiating factor. The pause is because they have 4700 cars to sell as inventory. Making more cars and not selling is unnecessary pileup. Very very prudent move. Its been 2.5 months of q1, they sold just 1300 cars. Pausing production was the best thing to do here, especially in wake of ongoing 10k noise and deal process. To add, infact this is the TOP benefit of contract manufacturing strategy. Regular car makers dont have this option, without starting to bleed money everyday. The perks of their business model is on display. Nevertheless, the sale of inventory is a concern from my pov. It is surprising they sold just 1300 in this quarter, I was expecting car dealership model to do much more, but again, they started just this march to really give cars to dealers in a big way. Media and news spinners will construe this pause negatively again and will pull and innocent face saying we are just telling the truth. They got another click bait headline to make their narratives. The truth is that Henry had publicly stated in December 2023 that will focus more on clearing inventory rather producing more. This pause was in the making with prior notice also, but thats not an exciting sound bite for media; they will do what they think they do best, intigate, not inform
