$Jiutian Chemical(C8R.SG)$ ENTRY INTO DEFINITIVE AGREEMENTS The Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") refers to the Company's announcements dated 13 January 2024, 1 February 2024 and 24 February 2024 (the "Announcements"), and wishes to update Shareholders that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Anyang Jiutian, has on 5 March 2024, entered into the Definitive Agreements, i.e. the Synthetic Ammonia Project Transfer Agreement, Urea Facility Lease Agreement and Trademark Licensing Agreement, with Anhua, to implement the Proposed Transactions subject to inter alia, Shareholders' approval of the Proposed Transactions.
