JD: All Employees Enjoy '5 Social Insurance & 1 Housing Fund' Protection; ~100 Couriers Earn RMB1M+ in 3 Yrs

The retirement of Jin Yicai, the No. 1 employee of JD Logistics, a subsidiary of $JD-SW(09618.HK)$ , in Wuxi aroused attentions on the internet.

The Group said that it provided all employees with a number of welfare policies, including "five social insurance and one housing fund", and that many courier, customer service, warehouse and fleet employees who have retired one after another in recent years can enjoy a secured retirement.

In addition, the Group also invested an additional RMB50 billion in total in recent years to establish a set of multi-dimensional welfare care and talent development mechanism. At present, there are nearly 100 JD couriers who earn over RMB1 million in 3 years.
