10baggerbamm OP josh187 : yeah they extended the merger until March of next year that means there's a problem going on with an agreement of the company the potentially going to be acquiring.. you got people at that other company that believe the valuation model is not right that's what I think that's the only reason why you would extend a deal because you need time to convince somebody they should continue to move forward with this merger it's in their vested best interest but everybody is seeing what has happened to quantum stocks so you've got a failed spac here for 3 years it's done shit and now they're extending the deadline for merger that's a red flag in my book
but maybe I'm wrong

10baggerbamm OP josh187 : you need to find out why this merger is delayed because that is I'm telling you a huge flag you could have people at that other company in Singapore that want to walk away that are major shareholders saying we can get a lot more if we just wait it out and we can go public and then become traded as an ADR on the NASDAQ so that's probably what I imagine is going on anytime I see delays in these types of deals because if you have major shareholders that don't want the deal to happen the deal's not happening

10baggerbamm OP josh187 : I'm not saying not to buy it I mean it was 15 bucks last week it could go back there and you could trade it and just leave the profits in it I'm just concerned about deals that don't get done on a timely basis there's so many variables that other company could be solicited from somebody else offering an a better terms you don't know you might have an existing publicly traded company it says look man we'll buy you out will give you stock in it already successful publicly traded company you keep your jobs will pay you to continue doing what you're doing.. has the president of the United States and saying these types of things it's not far reaching it's a reality because if you bust your ass and you start a company you want to maximize your paycheck you want to maximize your net worth and sometimes a spec is the quick solution to getting paid but it may not be the most profitable one for you so I'll keep an eye on it it doesn't hurt and maybe if it drops to 11 bucks I don't know the market sells off again China retaliates against President Trump you throw a few bucks in it you wait till the recovers you trade it you leave the profits in and now it doesn't matter if it takes 3 months or 6 months or even if the deal doesn't happen because you're downside here is ten dollars so I mean that's your real floor at this point in time.. I'm just not in a rush because other stocks are moving so why time money up right now and something where they kick the can down the road

josh187 10baggerbamm OP : yeah 100% agree I think from what I was just reading there having trouble getting the software to be consistent which I can understand why they work completely different it would be an interesting breakthrough if there successful tho
