It no longer matters that Tesla trades at a price to earnings of 165
$Tesla (TSLA.US)$ We've heard for years by everybody that doesn't buy into the future of Tesla that it's egregiously over price it trades at 165 times earnings
The bull case is it's about autonomy, it's about robo Taxi. This provides the path of significant revenue growth that takes it well above a car company
I have argued and I believe I have proven my point that President Trump has now put Elon Musk in checkmate and will kill the queen which is robotaxis. Inside the big beautiful bill was a paragraph it appeared very late in this bill just in time to get voted on by the Senate. It transfers all of the state ability to license regulate and control artificial intelligence to the federal government for a period of 10 years.
but there's a bigger problem than that
Elon musky alienated Democrats and we see the ramifications of his actions. He aligned himself with President Trump. I believe he was a driving force and getting him elected, he was responsible for setting up Doge and the Republican Party loved Elon Musk for doing so.
The road now has a fork in it and the Republicans are staying in alignment with President Trump and Elon Musk is going down the road and the path to Dante's inferno
It's my feeling that you are going to see a significant decline in Tesla sales in the United States as a result of the loyalty of the Republican Party, the voter base staying with President Trump and telling Elon Musk go fuck yourself. I don't need to buy a TeslaI'll buy another car because I don't appreciate what you just did to my President, to the American people.
It's my feeling that over the next 6 months you're going to see a 50% decline in Tesla vehicles in the United States. This will be attributed to the fact that Republicans that ordinarily would be buying a Tesla are going to make the educated decision not to buy a Tesla
Let's look at some numbers, what's going to happen to Tesla if there's a 50% decline in the United States car sales. People that are politically aligned in the Republican Party making a decision to no longer patronize Tesla and buy a car.
My beliefs results in a 50% Drop in U.S. Sales
A 50% reduction in U.S. sales would mean a loss of about $23–24 billion in revenue over 6 months, assuming 2024 levels
This would represent a about 24% drop in global revenue US car sales are about 50% of total global sales
In recent quarters, a 20% drop in car sales revenue led to an approx 71% drop in net income..
If U.S. sales fell by 50% and other regions did not compensate and offset this US decline....Tesla would likely see its net income turn negative, resulting in a loss per share.
If Tsla US car sales are reduced by 50% over the next 6 months and there is no significant offset from other markets or cost reductions, there's not going to be an increase in Europe there's not going to be an increase in China certainly not in Canada

Tesla is going to report a loss per share! The US market is critical to Tesla’s profitability and a rapid decline would overwhelm the company’s ability to cover its fixed costs.
At the end of the day you no longer have to worry about a PE of 165. Tesla will no longer have a price to earnings ratio, because they will have no earnings
I guess that means the argument of the bears ceases to exist right 🤣
This puts Tesla stock by itself in the low 200s high 180 range
When the federal government does not approve autonomous FSD using cameras due to risk Tesla becomes sub $100 .
If anything I am saying is show outlandish so far reaching, I challenge anybody to argue intelligently articulate and tell me why I am wrong
