Is there a reorganization fee in case of stock split (either forward or reverse)?

I looked at the Fee schedule on the website (Moomoo Financial Inc. Fee Schedule for Legal Entities-moomoo Help Center) and I cannot find anything regardeing share restructure fee. I know some brokers do. For example, TD Ameritrade charges $38 for reverse stock split.
