TheRealSlippy OP Excommunicado : no rules go when companies near their end. regardless of SEC rules or what is right, you'll find mostly wrong stuff will come at the end. Pablo Escobar isn't supposed to push billions of dollars for cocaine into the US it's a federal crime but he still does. Rules only apply to people to follow them, many of us break the rules financials markets just being another place to do so. Leave this robot vacuum alone.
