$Indofood Agri(5JS.SG$ This stock is worth a look. Trading volume is super low hence to be treated as a fix deposit counter and buyerd must be prepared to hold long term and not let the owner shake you loose. PE and PB is SEVERELY undervalued. Estimated 85% owned by Largest Shareholder hence a very high potential that this stock will be GO by him since share price is severely under value and he just need a bit more. Cost of remaining listed in SGX is higher and he will be restricted by regulations more than privatising it. For those with spare cash, this stock will be better than current fix deposit interest in the short or long term but you might be prepared for long battle

Trading volume has been very low the past many years and taking it private will save them loads of money and free them from reporting compliances. SG market is dead, I hope they privatize it and go list in HK so that I could trade their stock there in future if it does happen. But I doubt the remaining shareholders will accept a price lower than 55 cents since many of us are long term holders and cash rich. It wouldnt be easy to shake us off even if US market starts crashing. Needless to say, I rejected the last GO offer and I am prepared to hold for as long as they do not offer something which is reasonable. And of course dont trust the analyst if it ever comes to GO since nobody will safeguard your interest except yourself so we have to do our own valuation and prepare to fight a long battle/war
