I'm a Singaporean citizen... if I make money (including dividends) by trading on the Malaysian moo platform... do I need to file income tax with the Malaysian government after receiving the money..? Because US dividends need to be taxed (deducted) 30% by the US government
Ziet InvestsOP 102603982: Hi there, i believe there is no need, because you are technically still a singaporean tax paying resident - so you just need to declare the income based on whatever’s required from the singapore tax law. Hope this clarifies!
