In the long-term, which makes a better investment: ETFs or stocks?
I have been investing for a couple of years now and honestly, I haven’t made much money with individual stocks. I have been looking around Reddit and other resources for answers regarding my low earnings and most of the resources in which I have come across include that I must invest in ETF strongholds like VOO, VTI, and SPY.
I would like to preface that I’m a teenager and I don’t have either a professional or educational background in finance. Taking into account my lack of knowledge/experience, should I stay away from individual holdings and just stick to keeping it safe? If you have any information/experiences, please feel free to share. $Vanguard S&P 500 ETF(VOO.US$ $SPDR S&P 500 ETF(SPY.US$ $Vanguard Total Stock Market ETF(VTI.US$

Quan Bui (Jade) : In my opinion ETF is better because they mirrored the s&p500 and for stock you need to diversify it more so it doesnt pull down your portfolio to much
