$Fisker(FSRN.US)$ If they file for bankruptcy, are they also removed from otc trading? can anyone explain?

  • Ray Sh : If the file bankruptcy protection which is Chapter 11, everything should stay in-place but if they file bankruptcy that is chapter 7, then government take over and sell all of their asset to pay their debt, in that case the stocks will go down to drain and disappears. that what I think, if someone knows better please let us know.

  • Newbie24 Ray Sh: Even without bankruptcy or in chapter 11, if they break any SEC rules like filings, the common shares will be downgraded in OTC where only open positions can be closed something like expert market  

  • Ray Sh : Aren't they in OTC right now, I hope they don't break any security rules.
