Let Tesla Shareholders decide How To Vote for CEO's Pay Package and other proposals

$Tesla(TSLA.US)$ $BYD COMPANY(01211.HK)$ $NIO Inc(NIO.US)$ $XPeng(XPEV.US)$ I selected the 2 articles for those who wish to read the details and not just looking at the headline. See the link given. Here are the summary of what Electrek and Yahoo Finance reported :
Electrek:
Tesla has now disclosed that it is spending money to promote its shareholders vote to approve of Elon Musk’s $55 billion compensation package. Electrek’s Take: Tesla’s board is clearly getting nervous about the vote. It’s pretty funny that Tesla’s board, which got Elon’s compensation package invalidated after a judge found governance issues, is now approving spending Tesla’s money on an Elon-owned platform to try to influence a vote that would send even more money into Elon’s pockets.
Yahoo Finance:
Now it looks like Musk is no longer as skeptical of marketing after his company revealed on Monday in an SEC filing that Tesla had paid for advertisements and promoted posts—including on the Musk-owned social media network X. But these ads are not aimed at promoting actual Tesla products, even though they could use the help quarterly vehicle sales dropped year-on-year for the first time since the pandemic. Instead, these advertisements which also appeared on Google benefit Musk first and foremost. They aim to ensure shareholders support Tesla's move to reincorporate in Texas and ratify Musk's record pay package from 2018.
1) The ads mentioned above were revealed in the SEC filings which I have not seen nor quoted by anyone in Google before. The main purpose of the ads is to encourage all shareholders to vote. It wasn't meant to influence how they vote. See screenshots on what Sawyer Merritt reported.

2) The articles imply that Tesla is wasting money on such ads. Personally I think it is up to the shareholders to decide if it has value and the articles are trying to paint a bad image and influence the vote negatively. There seems to be 2 opposing responses - one that continues to support the proposal and the other against.

3) It's a good thing to encourage more shareholders to vote especially those who bought Tesla using custodian brokers. The ads and other publicity made us aware that shareholders who bought from platforms like Moomoo can actually perform e-vote - made our voice heard.
4) Tesla's shareholders know how to vote that will benefit them most and not easily manipulated by anti-Tesla remarks (someone frequently make). We are also unable to verify if such remarks were made by genuine shareholders. Despite all the biased negative reports against EM, shareholders overwhelmingly voted to approve him as CEO in the last shareholders meeting.
5) Whatever the result of the vote about EM pay package or any proposals, I am sure Tesla stock will not be affected in the longer run. This is because the fundamentals of the company remain healthy and positive.
