During this one-and-a-half-year learning period of trading options, I have learned a lot. Just like the curve of the profit chart below, I have experienced many ups and downs, even significant fluctuations.
In the highly volatile September, firstly, due to the time difference, I was unable to monitor the market at all times. Secondly, I believed that those high-position stocks I was trading could anytime enter an institutional rebalancing phase. This made me feel anxious, prompting me to shift my focus towards more stable defensive sectors. At a time I deemed appropriate, I chose $UnitedHealth (UNH.US)$
Options are like a double-edged sword; they can amplify gains but also double the risks. They have made me realize that the market is not simply about rises and falls, but rather an arena of probabilistic games and time value. Buying is faith, selling is discipline; monitoring the market requires calmness, holding positions demands courage. Options are not gambling, but a bet on future uncertainties. Success does not lie in prediction, but in risk management and patience. I hope to share this sentiment and work together with everyone to create wealth.

104211419 : How did you purchase these options?
BullBearHenry : Well said. Market is a probability game. No one can predict the future, but only to manage the risk and let market to give you the profit.
