Well gee the TikTok ban bill is making its way through! And look another investigation (. Former Attorney General of Louisiana Charles C. Foti, Jr., Esq. and the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC (“KSF”) are investigating the proposed merger of AGBA Group Holding Limited (the “Company”) (NasdaqCM: AGBA) and Triller Corp. Upon completion of the proposed transaction, current AGBA shareholders will own 20% of the combined company. KSF is seeking to determine whether the merger and the process that led to it are adequate, or whether the merger is fair to AGBA shareholders.))) I in my heart believe this is deliberate to drive price down! The deal is worth 4B? want to help shareholders?? How about investigating NAKED SHORT SELLING! Hehehe

Jaguar8 : I believe AGBA owns 80% and Triller 20%. I feel these law firms are jumping into this to find loopholes and make money. I feel a competing company is behind this.
