Brianjh : I think both fund is pretty fund the same. with same expense ratio (management fee, sales charges). Focus on tech sector. but their % focus on different sub-sector is different. BGF more on software & services. Franklin more on semiconductors. BGF had higher beta than Franklin so it's more volatile but return slightly higher returns than Franklin. so it depends. I usually don't invest in funds

小trader : This sure is a tough choice! I think it’s interesting that you pointed out Apple. Since BGF has a higher position in it, do you think Apple’s potential recovery can help the fund more?
mr_cashcowOP 小trader: Yes but I doubt apple can turn it around before end of the month but then again a lot can happen within a few weeks
