HSI Opens 74 pts Up as Automakers Rally

Hong Kong stocks opened higher in the morning, with $Hang Seng Index(800000.HK)$ opening 74 points or 0.5% higher at 16,548. $Hang Seng China Enterprises Index(800100.HK)$ opened 57 points or 1% higher at 5,811. $Hang Seng TECH Index(800700.HK)$ opened 31 points or 0.9% higher at 3,468.

China is also mulling to introduce soon new policies to lower the down-payment ratio of car loans. $GEELY AUTO(00175.HK)$ , $BYD COMPANY(01211.HK)$ and $XPENG-W(09868.HK)$ opened 1.2% to 1.4% higher, while $LI AUTO-W(02015.HK)$ opened 2.3% higher.
