For techs, $TENCENT(00700.HK)$ and $BABA-SW(09988.HK)$ both lifted 0.1%. $NTES-S(09999.HK)$ soared 3.8%, the best-performing blue-chip stock, after 111 domestic online games were approved in February. $NetEase(NTES.US)$ 's share price was expected to rise in the next 60 days, according to Morgan Stanley.

$COUNTRY GARDEN(02007.HK)$ slid 4.2% after Ever Credit filed a liquidation petition against the company to recover $1.6 billion in unpaid loans and interest, while its same series $CG SERVICES(06098.HK)$ also dived 2.2%.
