$Hang Seng Index(800000.HK)$ opened 53 pts or 0.3% higher at 16,678. $Hang Seng China Enterprises Index(800100.HK)$ opened 14 pts or 0.3% higher at 5,617. $Hang Seng TECH Index(800700.HK)$ opened 7 pts or 0.2% higher at 3,647.

As oil prices receded nearly 2%, $PETROCHINA(00857.HK)$ and $CNOOC(00883.HK)$ dropped 0.4% and 0.3%.
