HSI Adds 86 Pts
$Hang Seng Index(800000.HK$ opened 86 pts or 0.5% higher at 16,819. $Hang Seng China Enterprises Index(800100.HK$ opened 29 pts or 0.5% higher at 5,898. $Hang Seng TECH Index(800700.HK$ opened 16 pts or 0.5% higher at 3,461.
Mainland China approved 14 imported online games in April, in which $TENCENT(00700.HK$ 's "Mega Man 11" was approved. TENCENT opened 0.7% higher. As to other techs, $NTES-S(09999.HK$ added 1.5%. $MEITUAN-W(03690.HK$ , $XIAOMI-W(01810.HK$ and $KUAISHOU-W(01024.HK$ hiked 0.6%-0.9%.
$BABA-SW(09988.HK$ dipped 0.4%. $BIDU-SW(09888.HK$ slipped 2.6%. $JD-SW(09618.HK$ opened flat at $102.3. Smartphone component stock $Q TECH(01478.HK$ soared 2% at $3.08 after its first-quarter handset camera module sales gained 23% YoY.
