The U.S. airline industry in 2025 is expected to benefit from multiple positive factors:

1. Demand recovery continues, driven by strong post-pandemic travel demand, a rebound in business travel, and robust international route demand. Additionally, with economic recovery and increasing consumer confidence, many consumers are willing to pay extra for higher-quality flight services, such as luxury cabins and airport VIP services, providing airlines with more revenue opportunities.

2. On the supply side, airlines have strategically adjusted operations during the pandemic by reducing headcount, optimizing routes, and improving fuel efficiency, effectively lowering costs.
